The Challenge

ODReight Cleaning Solutions was growing fast, but every customer enquiry meant the same manual grind: read the form, calculate a price, type up a quote, send it, wait, then re-key everything into Sage accounting. Deep clean quotes alone took 15–20 minutes each to calculate and format. Slow response times, inconsistent pricing, and hours lost to admin every week.

What We Built

Automated Enquiry System

Every Wix form submission is now instantly classified by service type and handled automatically. Regular and one-off cleaning enquiries receive a personalised pricing estimate within seconds. Complex services like deep cleans are routed through a detailed questionnaire, and the system calculates an itemised quote automatically — factoring in property size, condition, furnishings, and optional extras.

Anna reviews the breakdown and approves with one click. The customer receives a branded quote email with an Accept button. When they click it, the system creates their contact and sales quote in Sage automatically — the whole chain takes under 10 seconds.

Business Management Dashboard

With the automation running, we’re now building a custom Next.js dashboard that replaces spreadsheets entirely:

Quote management with inline approval and status tracking

Customer CRM with property details, quote history, and internal notes

Job scheduling with a colour-coded weekly calendar and staff assignment

Staff hours and pay tracking for both hourly and fixed-rate jobs

Financial overview with revenue metrics, invoice tracking, and Sage integration

Role-based access so staff see their schedule without accessing financials
